WORKSHOP ON THEORY AND METHOD IN THE STUDY OF PRINT AND PRINTED CULTURE

Within the scope of the Islamist Journals Project (İDP), which is being carried out within the scope of the Association of Scientific Studies (İLEM), a Theory and Method Workshop in Print and Printed Culture Studies will be organized for researchers and graduate students. Within the scope of the program to be held on 27-28 January 2018 (Saturday and Sunday), 15 hours of theoretical and practical training will be provided.

The primary aim of the workshop is to provide researchers with the necessary information about the theories and research methods used in the study of printed materials such as magazines, newspapers, books, etc. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to apply the basic methods of the field within the workshop. With this workshop, it is aimed to contribute to the researchers working on print and printed culture to produce qualified and original scientific products.

The program will be limited to 25 participants and the lectures will be held at İLEM. Graduate students and researchers of all levels can apply to the workshop, which will be conducted by Ayşen Baylak Güngör.
