The examination of the second century of the Islamic calendar, including its prominent figures, works, and key issues, will contribute to the understanding and interpretation of many debates that had an impact on subsequent periods, especially the formation of Islamic sciences. In particular, a versatile scholar like Imam Malik, who had influence in different disciplines through his writings, disciples, and views, requires re-examination through collaborative works by researchers from different fields. This study, which includes investigations on Imam Malik focusing on his influence during his time, his work Al-Muwatta, and the disciples he educated, from various perspectives, has been prepared to contribute to the aforementioned goal.
