Sinema is a medium that possesses various values, whether artistic, economic, political, or from different perspectives. However, due to its nature as a technological tool, it is crucial to carefully examine where its meaning and position lie.
To comprehend cinema, one must consider technology, other communication tools, and processes. Therefore, cinema shapes human experiences of time and space as a reflection of a specific ideology, perspective, and mode of understanding the world within a certain period of history. In this process, cinema cannot be considered independently of the world, ideology, and culture it exists within, so the modern context that creates its tools must also be included in the discussion.
In this work, by eliminating all elements related to content, the focus is on the time and space experience created by cinema as a technological tool, approaching it from a technological determinist perspective.
